Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Brahman Solutions. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Brahman Solutions ("Company", "we", or "us") for the use of the Homesafe mobile app, which allows you to turn an unused phone into a home security camera.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not use the App.

3. License Grant

Subject to the Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App's premium content for your personal use.

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 BASIC Plan

• Allows one monitor. I.e. you can have only one monitor on the 'Monitors' screen.
• Only one monitor can connect to a camera at the same time.
• You can not control remote device.

4.2 PREMIUM Plan

• Allows adding multiple monitors.
• Allows multiple monitors to connect to a camera simultaneously.
• Provides remote control of a device used as a camera with a device used as a monitor.
• Can activate motion detection feature

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription

The PREMIUM plan is offered on a subscription basis with recurring payments. Subscription fees, payment terms, and renewal periods are specified at the time of purchase.

5.2 Billing

iOS: By subscribing to the PREMIUM plan with an iOS device, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

Android: When subscribing to the PREMIUM plan with an Android device, you will not be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Instead, we will ask you to make a new payment when your subscription expires. You may take 2 more days in case you need to manage/prepare your payment. In such case your subscription will be extended by 2 days of grace period.

6. User Responsibilities

You must not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App's premium content at any time without notice if you violate any Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to this Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
